A Message From Caitlin:

Prior to becoming a Personal Trainer, I worked in a hospital and considered going into the health care field. However, I soon realized how difficult it is for me to be around people who are sick and in pain. It's heart breaking. I decided that rather than fixing a person who is already sick, I want to prevent illness from occurring. I want to help people STAY healthy. So I decided to become a Personal Trainer. Not only is it incredibly gratifying to watch people reach their fitness goals, it's also fun to watch their lives change for the better. Living a healthy and fit life improves life quality so vastly. If you decide to train with me, I will make it my mission to see that you get the results you want! If you listen to what I say, and follow my rules, you WILL succeed in getting that healthy, fit, good looking body you've always wanted.

An area of fitness that really holds a soft spot in my heart is post-natal recovery. I had a gorgeous baby girl in January of 2013. Unfortunately, I gained 60 lbs in the process. It can be extremely discouraging to see your body after you've had a baby and having gained such a large amount of weight. But I did not allow myself to give up. It took me a year, but I lost all but 5 lbs of the baby weight, and the year after that, I lost that last 5 lbs. It's difficult to recover when your abdominal muscles have been stretched, in my case I had a C-section.  I have experienced the struggle first hand and I want to help as many women out there with the same struggles to reach their goals.

I live and breath fitness, I love it, and I have helped many people reach their goals.  Let me help you!
